November M.I.A.C. Athletes of the Month

Plymouth Christian Academy

Spencer Mistele, Senior,  Cross Country

Spencer is a 2-sport athlete in the Fall and earned November AOM for his work on the Varsity Cross Country team! Spencer qualified for the MHSAA State meet for the 4th time in his career with a 9th place finish in the Regional Meet. Great season and great career Spencer! We are proud of you!

Hallie Creighton, Senior, Volleyball

Hallie Creighton stood out in the month of November with her play all season. Hallie was named the MIAC Co-MVP for the first place Eagles and has been a leader all season for the team. Great job Hallie!

The Roeper School

Melissa Olney, Sophomore, Volleyball

Melissa Olney is a varsity player and team manager who was vital to the success of Roeper volleyball this season. She worked hard, challenging herself and her teammates at practice. She is the definition of a well-rounded player, always stepping up to practice new positions such as middle blocker, setter, and libero. In addition, Melissa was a gameday asset, supporting her teammates and her coaches during matches by taking stats and cheering. We can’t wait to see her compete next year.

Whitmore Lake

Joey Wilson, Junior, Volleyball

Joey has shown that she is willing to do whatever is necessary for her team. Joey started out in a new position (middle hitter) and came into her own to make a huge impact on the team. Joey also takes care of business in the classroom. She works extra hard to make sure she is successful in both athletics and academics. Joey shows up daily, with a smile on her face and a positive attitude. She continues to set an amazing example for our younger players. Joey was a key part of the success of this year’s team.
