Sofia Robertson – Sophomore – Track and Field
Sofia is having a wonderful sophomore track season. She individually broke the school record in the 400 and her relay team broke the 4×400 and the 4×800 school records.
Parkway Christian
Mark Nesler, Jr – Senior – Baseball
Mark has been a member of Parkway Christian’s Varsity Baseball team for four years. He has committed to playing collegiate baseball at Clark-Summit University. Mark is currently batting 0.420, with 23 rbi’s. He has thrown out 9 runners attempting to steal second base. He is a force at the plate and defensively behind the plate.
Southfield Christian
Grace Ligon – Senior – Track & Field
Grace Ligon has dominated the track this spring winning the 100 meters all nine times she has stepped on the track to run it with a best time of 12.78 this season. Ligon is a two-time MHSAA all-state athlete in the 100 meters and is looking to make her third trip to the finals this spring. She has also been very strong in the 200 meters winning the event six times in eight runs with a top time of 27.18. Ligon will run four events at the MHSAA State Finals in the 100-meter, 200-meter, and anchoring state-ranked relay teams in the 400 and 800-meter relays as she attempts to become a four-time all-state athlete in track & field for the Eagles.
