John averaged 13 points a game in the month of February. He had a high of 20 points vs Charyl Stockwell and 19 points vs Whitmore Lake. During those games he also led the team in rebounding and great defense.

Ava has had a strong February capping off league play with a career high 23 points against Clarenceville including five, three point baskets.
Ti’Syn Callahan, Southfield Christian, Girls’ Basketball
Ti’Syn earns her 2nd MIAC Player of the month honors of the year by helping the Lady Eagle Basketball team go 4-1 in February while averaging 22.6 points a game. She scored a school record 46 points in a game against Lutheran Westland on February 25 and she also tied the school record for 3’s in a game that night knocking down 7 shots from behind the arc.
Jordan Lay, Clarenceville, Bowler
Senior Bowler, Average sophomore year and junior year was 132, this year she averaged 162. She placed 20th at Regionals, her highest finish ever. She also bowled her personal high game in competition this year with a 247. She is a huge reason our girls were nearly able to make it to states this year as a team, but finished in 5th place.
