Tim Hiller Leads MIAC Annual Leadership Luncheon

Today the MIAC held it’s annual leadership luncheon at Parkway Christian.  The luncheon featured 100 student-athletes from league member schools.  This year’s luncheon was led by Tim Hiller.  Hiller is a former NFL quarterback who played in college at Western Michigan.  While at Western he led the Broncos to 2 bowl games, was a Academic All American and was a winner of the prestigious Wuerffel Tophy.  Today, Hiller leads the the Talent Development function for over 3,000 global employees at Stryker’s Instruments division and also owns Next Level Performance-a sports performance training facility in Michigan that helps athletes build both their on-field and leadership skills.

In today’s workshop Hiller challenged the students in the area of accountability and encouraged them build bridges in their relationships that bare the weight of truth.  Students were challenged through a variety of activities that promoted dialog and allowed students to interact with members from other schools.  To check out more information on Tim Hiller and Next Level Performance please visit https://timhiller.com/  or https://nlathlete.com/
